A few days ago, the grand opening of the new Uzbek restaurant Altyn Yildyz took place in Turkmenistan.
The interior of the restaurant is made in the traditional Uzbek style using elements of applied art. All kitchen utensils, knives and other elements represent the originally Uzbek sample of culture.
The founder of the Uzbek restaurant in the center of Ashgabat is the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan.
The menu is also presented in the classic Uzbek style. Visitors are offered traditional appetizers of baked eggplants, suzma, “Tashkent” and “Achik-chuchuk” salads, as well as national dishes - pilaf, samsa, manty, shurpa and many kinds of kebabs.
